Denis Tsang is a health-care leader, registered dietitian, and digital health strategist with experience advancing equitable, high-quality primary care across Ontario.
He serves as Quality and Digital Health Strategist and Registered Dietitian at the Woodbridge Medical Centre Family Health Team, and as Quality Improvement and Performance Lead at the Alliance for Healthier Communities.
Since 2024, Denis has served as Board Chair of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, helping uphold professional standards and public confidence in dietetic care across the province. Denis is also a Lecturer in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. Previously, he served as Quality and Innovation Program Manager in the same department.
Throughout his career, Denis has focused on practical, data-informed solutions that improve health outcomes, strengthen access to care, advance health equity, and use public resources responsibly. He brings clinical experience, expertise in digital health and electronic medical records, and a commitment to collaborative, community-based service.
